 The agency Dalmat & Hormus Ltd. (d.o.o.) as well as its brand DalmatianHome.com has been active in Šibenik County since 2004 where it was registered with the Commercial Court in Šibenik and it has three employees; among them there is an authorized agent with an expert agent exam. In its activity the agency has been concentrated on mediation when building and purchasing/selling the real – estates owned by several different investors who work in Šibenik County, middle and north Dalmatia, as well as on the mediation when selling and purchasing other real – estates, mostly owned by domestic and foreign private persons. Since 2005, along with the Croatian cooperation, Dalmat & Hormus d.o.o. has started the productive cooperation with eminent partner – agencies from Poland, Great Britain, Norway, Russia, thus spreading slowly its presence over the years at the European market and gradually increasing the number of potential clients from whole Europe who recognize Croatia as their new home and an ideal place for investments in real – estates.
