A charming stone house on four floors in the city center, featuring a terrace and a summer kitchen on the top floor. Thanks to its thick stone walls, the ground floor stays naturally cool even on the hottest days, while air conditioning units are installed on the upper floors. The interior is filled with handcrafted wooden furniture that blends harmoniously with the stone structure of the house, creating a unique combination of Mediterranean ambiance and subtle Oriental elements. The total area of the house is 140 m².
Room layout by floors:
Ground floor – main kitchen, spacious dining room, storage room, and WC.
First floor – bathroom, large living room with a separate area containing a double bed; the space is air-conditioned.
Second floor – bathroom and two bedrooms with double beds, all equipped with air conditioning.
Third floor – summer kitchen and a terrace with a beautiful view of the city rooftops and bell towers.
A stay in the house offers complete comfort as well as an authentic atmosphere of medieval Šibenik. Although around five centuries old, the house has been recently renovated and equipped to meet all the needs of modern life while preserving its traditional character.
It is located in the very heart of the old town, in the immediate vicinity of historic monasteries and just a few minutes’ walk from the UNESCO-protected Cathedral of St. James.
