  3. Buying in Croatia for foreign nationals 

    EU nationals 
    *gain the same ownership right over the property in the Republic of Croatia just like the citizens of Croatia and legal persons with headquarters in the Republic of Croatia. 

    Nationals outside EU 
    *can buy properties in the Republic of Croatia due to the reciprocity system. It is necessary to refer a written request to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic Of Croatia, or set up a company (Ltd.).

  4. How to buy 

    Individual ownership 
    *It is necessary to obtain authorization of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Croatia. It may take approx 6 months to complete all necessary paperwork, but meanwhile you can complete the purchase of the property.  

    Company ownership 
    *Companies can purchase properties immediately, without obtaining authorization of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Croatia. As a company owner you can benefit from VAT deductions or mortgage possibility.
  5. How to buy 
    *Our legal team will set up a Croatian Private Limited Liability Company, on your behalf 
    * You will nominate the shareholders and the management 
    * You need minimum of 20.000 HRK as a founding capital 
    * The average duration of the incorporation procedure is 3-5 working days
